The performance is based on the novel “Jasmine in the Country of Liars” by Gianni Rodari.

The Voice (Kiril Antonov) is non-controllable and selfish. He doesn’t want to keep quiet and listens only to himself.

Jasmine (Luyben Chanev) is the boy with the most powerful voice in the world. This power makes him so afraid, that he tries to run away from everything, especially himself.

King Giakomone I (Yancho Ivanov) is just a pirate, who makes up The Country of Liars and forbids telling the truth.

Dzopino (Tanya Georgieva) is the three-legged Cat, that used to live on the wall and it’s the only cat, that says “Meow”.

Aunt Panokia (Latina Berovska) the cat-lover, who wants to hear them “Meow”, but in the Country of Liars, all the cats say “Woof”.

Bananito the Painter (Kaloyan Georgiev) is the only one, which drawings come to life, if they’re true-born.

The old man Benvenuto (Stanislav Matev) is born before 10 years, but he is already 83 years old.

“From Now on, the word “Pirate” will mean “a purebred nobleman”.
Instead of “Good morning”, we will say “Good Night”.
The cats will bark and the dogs will meow.”
